Privacy Policy


  1. File Manager is a self-developed Android application. File Manager obtains permission to view, modify, and delete all Google Drive files of the user by declaring Scopes, requesting permission to view, editing, creating and deleting only specific Google Drive files used by the user in this application, and requesting to view the user’s personal information, including any personal information publicly available.

  2. File Manager applies for viewing the user’s personal information by declaring Scopes, including any public personal information permissions. The purpose of this is to obtain the Google username and avatar and display it on the application. The obtained Google username and avatar are only available for this login. File Manager will retrieve the Google username and avatar when you log in next time. For Google user data, File Manager only displays the username and avatar, and does not share other user data.

  3. File Manager requires the user to log in to the Google account, apply for viewing the user's personal information, including any public personal information permissions, in order to obtain the Google username and avatar and display it on the application, so as to provide an authorization token to Google Drive through OAuth2.0 authorization and authentication.

  4. Through callback and redirection, the file data of Google Drive is obtained back to File Manager for display.

  5. File Manager has independently developed the file operation method, and the custom icon identifies the file type. When the user modifies files in File Manager, File Manager will Synchronously update files to Google Drive.

  6. File Manager will not transfer or disclose your information to third parties and will not use it for any purpose other than the stated purpose.

  7. File Manager use encryption technology to protect your information in order to protect the confidentiality of your data from disclosure.

  8. File Manager will retain your login status for a period of time consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You can request the deletion of your data,and when the retention period for a particular type of data expires, we will delete or destroy it.
